Viewer tutorials

To complement the page listing visualisation software, this page indexes a collection of extremely brief examples of using some of those viewers to produce density isosurfaces with c2x and DFT output.

Some of the above can colour an isosurface by another quantity, for instance a charge density isosurface coloured by potential, or even a van der Waals surface coloured by potential (or density). So here are some examples of this technique:

The above examples are brief, and the intention was to do almost precisely the same with all the viewers. Several have many more features than are considered above.
